Policies and Notice to Guests

Deposit (per room): A one-day room rate including tax is required as deposit to make a  reservation. Your deposit is applicable to the fulfillment of your reservation. Advance deposit may be paid by approved credit/debit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover).  Credit/Debit card used to pay advance deposit are charged at the time the reservation is confirmed and are subject to all other reservation requirements. No personal checks will be accepted.  Upon receiving confirmation of reservation, you must sign and return form within 10 days or your reservation will be canceled.  Upon return of signed reservation confirmation form, credit/debit card is charged and reservation is confirmed with valid payment.  Deposit for reservation will not be refunded under any circumstances upon receiving signed confirmation.  (This includes inclement weather.)

Cancellations/Changes in Reservation: Upon placing a reservation request, you will be sent a confirmation with all applicable rules and policies to be signed and returned. Upon signing and returning confirmation form the card on file will be processed for 1 night rate as deposit for room.  Upon return of signed form and payment the reservation is confirmed.  There will be no approved cancellations after receiving signed confirmation form.  If you cancel at any time after we receive signed confirmation form, the 1  night rate of deposit is forfeited.  Confirmation must be returned signed within 10 days of reservation being placed or reservation will be canceled.  Upon receiving signed confirmation no cancellations are authorized, deposit is forfeited, NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do not allow pets. If guests are found at anytime during their stay with a pet in a room, the credit card on file will be charged a one-time cleaning fee of $100 as the room must be professionally cleaned before being able to be rented by other guests. Due to some of our patrons having extreme allergies to pets there are no exceptions to this rule. If you arrive with a pet for check in you will be directed to a pet-friendly establishment and forfeit your deposit and stay. There will be no refunds of deposits if you are unable to stay due to having a pet.

All of our rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the porch and parking lot areas of motel but prohibited in rooms. If there is evidence of smoking in the room during your stay a one-time cleaning fee of $50.00 will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of check out.

Larceny or Damages: If there is any larceny/damage to the room or other property as a result of your stay you are liable for all items/damages. Replacement cost of any items stolen or damaged will be charged to the credit card on file. Copies of receipts will be provided upon request for the replacement items to provide itemized list of necessary items. We ask that you please respect our property as if it was your own.

Office Hours-Late Arrival: The office closes at 9:00 PM. Please make arrangements with our office personnel if you will be arriving after this time for after hours access to your room. If you will be delayed please call the office and notify us, if we are not contacted by 9:00 PM and you have not arrived on your check in date your deposit is forfeited and reservation will be cancelled. The office is not staffed 24 hours therefore there will not be anyone on site to permit access to your room. Please call if there is any possibility you may be arriving after hours otherwise your reservation and deposit are forfeited and you are considered a no-show.

Check In/Check Out Time: Check-in time is after 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Guests who do not vacate their room by check-out time will be charged an additional day stay as there is a very limited amount of time to prepare the rooms for in-coming guests. Please make every effort to be courteous to in-coming guests and vacate the room on check-out date in a timely manner.

We are not responsible for loss or damages of valuables of any kind. Mailing of forgotten items $5.00 handling charge plus shipping cost. Must provide credit card for charges. Lodging tax is 9.75%. Prices and taxes are subject to change and will be updated immediately should tax rates change etc. Rev 10/01/2016 LC
